IDS ServiceGuard is an automated systems management solution.  It provides a 24 x 7 x 365 monitoring service for servers, firewalls, switches, and almost any other network device or server service. ServiceGuard is a fully automated solution that uses an agent on general purpose servers to report on services provided by those servers.

IDS ServiceGuard is a comprehensive solution that manages your critical Information Technology infrastructure.  As a cloud-provisioned resource, IDS ServiceGuard is a round the clock solution that monitors important parameters of applications, servers and networked devices.  It identifies service status indicators that indicate problems in the underlying technology being monitored.  As soon as an alert is identified, notification is sent to our central monitoring station and escalated according to the defined Service Level Agreement – that could mean that it goes to your staff for resolution, or to ours for us to address while you and your staff continue with your normal activities.

IDS DataGuard

IDS DataGuard is a comprehensive solution that provides a comprehensive backup and recovery, business continuity and disaster recovery capability in an unprecedented packaging model.  As a hybrid cloud-provisioned solution, IDS DataGuard is a fully featured solution that replaces the majority of backup solutions that are currently deployed in most environments.  As an appliance-based solution that leverages cloud and virtualization capabilities, it allows the organization to completely eliminate tape-based backups.
